What to expect:
For a long time now, dentistry has been considered a quick, one-stop shop for oral hygiene. The general population also thinks that it is isolated from the rest of the body’s health but in fact, our pearly whites are connected to the rest of our body and directly to our heart. At Eco Friendly, we care about the body and mind as a whole. Therefore, our team of professionals dedicates a minimum of two hours to exams and most routine visits. We ask that you plan to spend this time with us uninterrupted so that we may provide the highest quality of care.
Registration:
Registration can now be completed from the convenience of your cell phone prior to your visit. Simply, click the link on your text notification to be rerouted to the registration forms. If you do not receive the link for our online registration form or are unable to access the forms with the link received, please contact us at 773-429-1400 so we can send another link. Alternatively, you also have the option to complete this in-office. If so, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time.
Arrival Information:
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. You can check in from your cell phone or mobile device to let us know you’re on your way. Once you have parked, there is no need to wait. Come in and a staff member at the front desk will be there to assist you as soon as possible. You may park anywhere on the lot that is not labeled as reserved. We also have 3 spaces labeled “Dental” and “Dentist Office Parking”. Two right in front of our front door and the third to the side of the front door. These are reserved just for our patients. If completing registration or routine exam forms in-office, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time so we can focus on you and make the most of your scheduled time with your dentist.
Why we ask for 2 hours of your time per visit:
In addition to a set of digital x-rays, CT-scan for our office records, we recently decided that we would go a step above the general dental market practice by taking an intraoral SCAN, for FREE. The scan tracks the position of teeth in the mouth and gives our dentists data SUCH AS TEETH SHIFTING AND CHIPPING OR GRINDING that is not visible with just x-rays. The scan will also allow you to see what’s inside your mouth like never before which will help you understand why you need the care that your dentist is suggesting. Your dentist will require 15 to 20 minutes to review these scans and X-rays alone and will then review and discuss them with you as part of your exam. If needed, you will also be introduced to the treatment plan coordinator to help answer any financial questions you may have. Once the exam is complete, we may have time for the remainder of your appointment, in case you’d like to have your cleaning or other treatment done on the same day.
Cancellation Policy: Our dentists and team of dental professionals are scheduled to meet with you and dedicate this time only to you during the time reserved. We understand things happen so if you cannot make it to your appointment we ask that you notify us 48 business hours before your scheduled time. This allows our scheduling team to offer the dentist’s time to other patients that are on our waiting list. Late cancellations, no-shows or late rescheduling requests will incur a $50 cancellation fee after the first is waived off.
